Licenses for Out of State Operations

Note: File renewals by June 30 each year for Virginia programs and by April 1st each year for Maryland programs.  

Virginia

 Pursuant to Title 23, Chapter 21.1 of the Code of the State of Virginia CUA is licensed to offer out of state programs at the locations listed below. The license is a certificate to operate an institution of higher education and to offer degrees, courses for degree credit, or programs of study leading to a degree.  The application for license renewal must be filed 60 days in advance of the expiration date.
